(Meal Plan)

Meal plans will vary depending on individual needs! Please watch video so you can build a quick yet effective meal plan that is right for you!

My Simplified Meal Plan

Daily Meal Plan (2500 kcal, 190g protein, 185g carbs, 110g fat)

Meal 1 – Egg Smoothie (500 kcal, 40g protein)

  • 5 raw eggs

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 4 oz whole milk

  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup

Meal 2 – Steak & Beets (750 kcal, 70g protein)

  • 8 oz steak (ribeye/sirloin)

  • 1 cup cooked beets

  • 6 oz whole milk

Meal 3 – Steak & Beets (750 kcal, 70g protein)

  • 8 oz steak

  • 1 cup cooked beets

  • 6 oz whole milk

Throughout the Day – Chocolate Milk (500 kcal, 40g protein)

  • 1 quart organic chocolate milk
